Honeymoon Snap Shots
Rylan and I walked many evenings on the beach and I took my camera a few times. The tide came so high every evening that it ran over a small hill of sand and created it's own little river..it was so neat to walk in and watch the waves be big enough to make it over the little hill.
This little bird was not scared of anyone or anything. He was letting little children walk within 5 feet of him...and I just thought he made a really neat subject in my picture!
This is looking up from the very bottom of the lighthouse..inside of course. 203 stairs..the walls at the bottom are something like 8 feet thick of brick and at the top they are 2 feet thick..I don't remember how many bricks are in it..but I'm gonna guess a TON!
This was the moon over the ocean one evening after it rained.

Photos of August
August had on a beach hat of mine in this picture. I like how it's not a direct shot of her face.
She was blowing on all the dandelions in my yard and I thought it was so adorable! Again, this is not a direct shot of her face and I love that.
This is the egg August was amazed with. It was so cute how she would only pick it up with her thumb and pointer finger. Too cute!

Simplicity
I took a walk down the road the other day and decided to take some pictures of the most random things. I love danelions..in pictures! I hate them in my yard, but they are beautiful for pictures and to blow on. This particular shot just shows how something so simple can create such a neat photograph. Mom also wants this shot for the bathroom. I liked it in black and white better than color because the green grass almost over-powered the white ball-like flower of the dandelion.
Berryville Vinyards
Rachel, Erin, and I ventured south on Saturday to Berryville Vinyards.
Mom loved this picture! She wants me to print her a copy to hang somewhere in the house. The pond was so neat with all the trees and grass growing around it. I loved the little shack next to the pond also. Such a cool place that many people don't think about to go and see! Check it out next time you're in the area! Very cool!!
